Whether buying or selling a home in Weston Woods on the River, please remember that you are or will become a member of our Association and be expected to follow all homeowner rules and regulations.

Homeowners must live in their Unit as their primary place of residence for two consecutive years before leasing of the Unit is allowed.  There are also several other important restrictions on leasing.  Prospective buyers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the Association’s Declaration and Rules and Regulations before making an offer to buy. Those Governing Documents can be found in the “Our HOA/HOA Management” section of this website.
