                     Governing Documents

The primary mission of the Weston Woods on the River Association is to preserve and enhance the property values of its members by

  • Maintaining and improving the visual attractiveness (curb appeal) of the property
  • Providing its members with reliable and effective services (such as repairs of common property)
  • Prudently managing the Association’s finances.

It also helps to foster a sense of community and neighborliness amongst its members by sending out a newsletter, organizing social gatherings, and having the residents participate in the maintenance of the property, as they are interested.

The Association is governed by a five-person Board of Directors. They are unpaid volunteers and are elected at the Association’s Annual Meeting to serve staggered three-year terms.

The Board hires a property management company, currently Omega Management, to manage the maintenance, finances, insurance, contracts, and day-to-day operation of the Association and respond to homeowners’ concerns.

When a home is purchased in Weston Woods on the River, the owner(s) automatically become a member of the Association, and are obligated to understand and follow the Governing Documents.  To see these documents, click here.

Homeowners are also obligated to pay a monthly assessment, which is adjusted annually by the Board.  To see what services are covered by the monthly assessment, click here.
